Rental Charges

2 months rent* is payable when you move in, assuming all references are fully completed and satisfactory.

The rental cost includes the following:

Room
Internet Access
All utilities (gas, water, electricity)
Council tax
TV in shared room
Weekly cleaner

Additional services which can be arranged at an extra cost include:

Ironing
Washing
Supply of Bed linens & Duvet
Supply of Towels

Rental Costs

You can choose between a standard 6 month tenancy agreement or a flexible tenancy agreement depending on your personal circumstances and preference. The rental amounts reflect the type of contract you wish to take and are shown below:

Standard 6 Month tenancy agreement
Large doubles - from £370 per month

Small doubles - from £340 per month

Large Singles - from £320 per month

Flexible tenancy agreement (minimum of 1 month commitment)
Add £35 per month on the standard tennancy cost.

Rental cost assume single occupancy only.

The following references will be required.

Where no references are available a larger advance on rent maybe considered.

Terms
A standard rental agreement would be signed by both parties covering the tenancy. All prospective tennants will need to complete an application form in advance, by going to the 'Interested?' pages and provide a work reference. Please note that rooms are only let to individuals who have a permanent contract of employment in place.

2 months rent* is normally payable when you move in, assuming all references are fully completed and satisfactory. However potential tenants can opt to pay a £45 fee (non-refundable) to undergo a full credit check and where the results meet the necessary criteria, then only 1 month rent in advance would be required.
