All we ask in return is the following:
- Tell your new employees about www.pinswell.co.uk especially to any new starters that perhaps are moving to Gloucester for the first time
- Tell any employees you are aware of that maybe looking for accommodation within Gloucester about www.pinswell.co.uk
- To
help you we have produced a flyer, which you can download from here.*
- The flyer could be displayed in the tea/coffee area or simply include it as part of your joining pack.
- We will send you periodic emails (no more than 12 per year) updating you on any availability within the houses.
- If there is no availability we will not email you!
All the houses are beautifully presented, period properties for working professional only. They are located within walking distance of the town centre, train station, bus station, park, Gloucester Quays, Sainsbury’s and ASDA. Each room is ready to move in, with a bed & wardrobe space. The house provides an Internet connection TV in the lounge as well as mature garden for those summer evenings. The rental cost includes all bills, council tax, Internet, shared TV, and a weekly cleaner.
